What a powerful message! This post should be in airports, laundromats, everywhere! There are so many people who would benefit from reading it. Thank you for sharing this experience and encouraging us to continue taking the “leap of faith” to put our trust in the only One who can give us peace in a very troubled world. In 20 years as a paramedic, I was always surprised by the number of people attempting suicide who had open Bibles next to them, religious artwork in their homes, or had God-centered writings in their notes or journals. In addition, the people who were having psychotic or schizophrenic events, often quoted scripture or spoke of God. It’s really quite amazing.

We live in a spiritual world, not a material one.

Another reason I give thanks is that the Lord Jesus has put people here on this earth who represent Him compassionately and whole-heartedly, like you, Pastor Nunes. It was a joy to serve with you in Kansas City last Sunday.
